Farmers Market Busking
Apply to perform! One-hour scheduled slots available for solo musicians and small ensembles. Subsidized by the RPCD. All tips are kept by the performer.

Free booth space to present and sell your original artwork and creations. Available one Saturday per artist, per season. We have everything you need to succeed! Community Improvements
Activities that help create the unique Norfolk experience, including physical improvements to infrastructure and creative enhancements in public and private spaces. Projects that RPCD has been involved with include the CCCFF alleyway lighting, CCCFF festoon and intersection lighting that connects River Point Square to Norfolk’s White Water Park, and the overhead River Point street signage.
